Hines, the global real estate firm today announced its entry into the Pune office market through a tie-up with the wholly owned entity of Goel Ganga Corporation – A Jaiprakash Goel & Amit Goel Enterprise, an experienced real estate developer and leading landowner in Pune. Hines will masterplan a 43-acre proposed IT Park site in Kharadi, and the initial development will be 2.4 million square feet of Grade A offices.
